Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF
Tuesday, October 30, 2018
Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF began 68 years ago as a way to help kids still affected by World War II. Since then, millions of children across the United States have gone door to door on Halloween with UNICEF collection boxes, calling out, "Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF!" The annual tradition of Kids Helping Kids® — involving donations big and small — has helped to raise nearly $177 million since 1950. This year, Matsumoto has partnered with Evergreen Valley High School to Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF. Every dollar counts. A number of students have signed up to support UNICEF. Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF will take place on October 31st. Students will return their orange boxes the following school day, November 1st. Thank you for your support!

Pedestrian Walking Flags & Holders for School Safety
Monday, October 22, 2018
To promote school safety, Matsumoto had added Pedestrian Walking Flags and Holders. The flags are used at school intersections to help keep children safe as they walk to school. When a student holds a Pedestrian Crosswalk Flag as they use a crosswalk, they are making surrounding cars aware of their presence and giving them the confidence to safely walk to school. Please discuss the proper use of the pedestrian walking flags and holders with your children. Thank you!
