Family Supportive Housing: Provides temporary shelter for homeless families with children. Includes case management and support services.

Laundry and Shower Services
Dignity on Wheels: It is a mobile service. Each 4-hour operation session may provide up to 30 showers, and up to 14 single loads of laundry. Showers and laundry is on a first-come first service basis at each location.

Food Assistance
Second Harvest Food Bank: Call Second Harvest to enroll and to find out the closest food distribution center to you. Second Harvest does have a one-time home food delivery service for those who have COVID-19. Home delivery services MAY be available for someone who is homebound due to health.

Weekly and bi-weekly drive-through sites at churches for food. No registration needed beforehand. Registration will be done on site.

- If you test positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19, they can help you and your family stay safe.
- They can help with:
- Emergency rental and/or financial assistance* *Must have household income of less than 80% Area Median Income (for example, a family of 4 with an annual income of $112,150 or lower)
- A hotel/motel room with clean linens and laundry service
- Grocery delivery
- And other resources (also, cleaning supplies delivered to your door)

You can receive free meals if you:
- Are a resident of San Jose
- Are 18 years or older
- Have a COVID-19 diagnosis or exposure OR another disability
- Do not receive any other federal nutrition assistance program such as CalFresh, Meals on Wheels, Great Plates Delivered or Senior Center Meals
If you are 65 or older, your income cannot exceed $3,768 (single) or $3,997 (couple).
