1. Call the Santa Clara County COVID-19 Support Team Call Center to see if isolation and quarantine services are right for you. Interpretation services are available.

3. If you test positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19, they can help you and your family stay safe.
4. They can help with:
• Emergency rental and/or financial assistance* *Must have household income of less than 80% Area Median Income (for example, a family of 4 with an annual income of $112,150 or lower)
• A hotel/motel room with clean linens and laundry service
• Grocery delivery
• And other resources (also, cleaning supplies delivered to your door)

You can receive free meals if you:

If you are 65 or older, your income cannot exceed $3,768 (single) or $3,997 (couple).
