Contributing globally is an important part of our mission here at Katherine Smith. We believe thee are many components to this Smith Habit, but the first is applying work to the world. This can take the form of organizing people, challenging the status quo, leading change, fundraising, making something beautiful, or creating awareness..just to name a few.

Giving and receiving feedback is an important part of improving the quality of our work. To give high quality feedback, we need to: be specific, helpful, and kind - recognize strengths - want to help others - suggest useful next steps - hard on the content and soft on the people.
