Our partnership with Care Solace, a telehealth and virtual therapy resource is available to help our community. If you or a family member is experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, or other mental health conditions triggered by the current pandemic or other events, we encourage you to use their free services to help access vetted mental health care resources.

Mr. Sanchez will be holding a parent orientation on Tuesday, August 18th @ 5:00PM. He will be reviewing the distance learning plan for Holly Oak, discuss learning platforms, and answering questions from the community. Click the link above to find the Zoom link.

Yearbooks can be picked up on Thursday, June 4th from 10:00AM-1:30PM. We will be using a drive up format to front of the office (please do not walk up if possible). If you pre-ordered your yearbook, we will have one waiting for you, if you would like to purchase a yearbook, they are $20 (cash only) supplies are limited.

6th Grade Students: If you have checked out a Chromebook from Holly Oak, that device will need to be returned to the school by the end of the school year (Friday, June 12th). The middle schools are currently working on ways 6th graders can check out new devices from the middle school they will be attending. More information to come. TK-5th Grade Students: Students who have checked out a device that are in grades TK, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade will be able to hold onto their Chromebook or iPad throughout the summer. The devices will be returned upon the beginning of the next school year. *If you going to move away from our school during the summer, you will need to return your device before the last day of school on June 12th* If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

On Monday, 6/1 and Tuesday, 6/2 we will be accepting student textbooks and library books that were checked out to students. You can turn them in from 10:00AM - 2:00PM in front of the Multi Purpose Room.
