Evergreen School District Superintendent Dr. Emy Flores announced she will be recommending to the Board of Trustees for closure/consolidation at the end of the 2019-20 school year of Laurelwood and Dove Hill Elementary Schools.
Evergreen School District is excited to offer a Spanish Dual Language program for incoming TK and Kindergarten students in fall 2020 at Holly Oak Elementary School. We invite you to learn more about the importance of bilingual education, Evergreen's program and next steps should you wish to enroll your child. Parents of fifth and sixth grade students are invited to a preview of the Growth and Development videos at Carolyn Clark Elementary School on Monday, January 27th at 5:30 pm for 5th grade and 7:15 pm for 6th grade in the multi-purpose room, located at 3701 Rue Mirassou, San Jose, 95148. Children are not allowed at the parent previews.

Another essential element of Evergreen School District's Profile of a Learner model is teaching students to be strong Communicators. As Communicators, students are learning to communicate clearly for a range of purposes and environments, listen effectively to comprehend meaning, articulate thoughts through oral, non-verbal and written communication, use media and technologies effectively, and know how to judge their effectiveness and impact. Our lost and found rack has been piling up. Please stop by our front office to find items that your child has lost (clothing, lunch boxes, books, etc). Items not picked up will be donated at the end of every trimester (November, March, and June).
