FAQ - Summer School
Below are answers to frequently asked questions about our summer school and enrichment classes offered during summer 2023.
Summer School
Q: Is Evergreen School District offering summer school?
A: Yes, we are offering a five-week summer school program to selected students during summer 2023. Students will receive instruction from Evergreen School District teachers in English, Math, and enrichment daily.
Q: Who can attend the 2023 summer school program in Evergreen School District? How can I register my child for summer school?
A: Our summer school program is only available to students on a need basis that have been recommended by their current teacher. Selected students will receive a registration packet from their teacher the week of April 24, 2023. Summer school will be offered to ESD elementary and middle school students in transitional kindergarten (TK) - 8th grades based on teacher recommendation.
Q: What days and times will summer school take place?
A: Summer school begins June 13 and ends July 14, 2023. Classes are Tuesdays - Fridays from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. See weekly schedule.

A: Summer school will take place at the following combined school sites in Evergreen School District. See a full list of school locations.

Q: Will the schools have breakfast, lunch and snacks for students?
A: At all school sites, breakfast and lunch will be offered at no charge, Tuesdays-Fridays, to students enrolled in summer school. The school district will not be providing meals during the enrichment programs.
