PowerSchool Attendance Update

Dear Parent, Guardian, or Caregiver,

We are happy to share some good news with you. Coming Soon: Evergreen will start using a new program to help us talk with you about school attendance.

The program is called Attendance Intervention. It helps the school send messages to families quickly and easily.

With this program, you will get text messages and emails from the school. These messages will tell you about your child’s attendance right away.

We will be piloting the program this month with an attendance postcard email/text message. Reminder: These messages will come from a new email address or phone number. Thank you for adding the text number and e-mail address to your contact lists upon delivery and thank you for reviewing the message and reviewing your child’s attendance report. 

We believe this program will help families and schools work together to help students do their best.
