Peachjar Flyer Approval and Distribution

Evergreen School District uses Peachjar to share important community and district-related flyers with families and staff. All flyer requests for distribution to students, families, and/or staff will be reviewed by district staff prior to publication.

Flyers must meet all of the following criteria to be approved for distribution:

• Material contributes to the education, health, welfare, or safety of students and their families and is consistent with the educational mission of the ESD.
• Flyers must include the follow disclaimer: 
  "The Evergreen School District neither endorses nor sponsors the organization or activity represented in this document. The distribution of this material is provided as a community service."
• Materials do not promote any commercial enterprise.
• Materials may not be distributed the first three (3) weeks or last two (2) weeks of the school year (excluding YMCA/City of San Jose child care and after-school program information).

The Evergreen School District reserves the right to deny approval of any flyer that, in the opinion of the district approvers, does not meet the above criteria or does not support the goals and mission of the district.

The requesting organization is responsible for delivering and posting the flyer on www.peachjar.com.
