Welcome to the 2026-27 School Year!

Dear Families,

On Monday, August 17, 2026, we will open our doors to welcome nearly 8,800 students back to school. Whether your child is walking into kindergarten for the very first time or starting their final year of 8th grade, the first day of school marks an exciting new chapter. No matter where your child is on their learning journey, our promise to you is simple: to provide a school environment that is safe, supportive, challenging, and inspiring.

At Evergreen, education isn't one-size-fits-all. Our teachers and staff pride themselves on getting to know every student by name, truly investing in their personal growth and happiness. We are incredibly proud of our academic programs, but we know that true student success only happens when schools and families work closely together as partners.

As one of the top-ranked districts in Santa Clara County, Evergreen offers a unique balance. We have the robust resources and opportunities of a large district, yet we’ve managed to keep the close-knit, welcoming feel of a small neighborhood community. Our status as California Distinguished Schools is a direct reflection of the hard work and heart our teachers, support staff, and administrators put into their jobs every day.

We take great pride in what we've accomplished together, but we aren't standing still. We are constantly listening, adjusting, and finding new ways to better serve and prepare our students for the future.
