Community Use of Facilities
We are currently accepting reservation requests for the 2022-23 School Year , through June 9, 2023.
Rental Information for the Summer of 2023 will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
The Evergreen School District School Board supports the use of school buildings and grounds for literary, artistic, scientific, recreational, educational or public interest upon such terms and conditions as set forth by board policy and administrative regulation in accordance with limitations, requirements, and restrictions contained in the Education Code. The Superintendent has delegated authority to the Chief Business Officer to approve applications for the use of facilities.
Application for use of a school site's facility must be approved first by the site principal and then approved by the Chief Business Officer.
Evergreen School District uses an online facility request and rental system, Facilitron, which is designed to provide a convenient and accessible user experience. Reservation requests are easily submitted and quickly reviewed by the district. Renters have the opportunity to view facility photos and descriptions, see real-time availability, get estimated quotes, and pay online/offline.
Facilitron is responsible for the collection of payment for facility uses as well as Certificates of Insurance (COI).
Payment options include PayPal, major credit cards, ACH/eCheck and traditional check. Proof of insurance (COI) can be conveniently uploaded into the platform, and/or it can be obtained directly through Facilitron.
Facilitron will assist with the set-up of organizational accounts and the verification of their non-profit status (if applicable).
