Eligibility letters are mailed to parents/guardians once the free and reduced price meal application is processed. If you have misplaced your eligibility letter, simply complete this form to request a copy.
Please note: Under Provision 2, no new eligibility determinations will be made in non-base years. Your eligibility status from school year 2022-23 will remain the same for the duration of the Provision 2 cycle and all students will eat for free regardless of that status. If a family is requesting a current letter of eligibility for another program, we can provide a copy of your eligibility status from SY 2022-23 with a statement about Provision 2.
Requests are processed daily, however please allow up to 3 business days for eligibility letter processing. Replacement eligibility letters will be sent via email to the email address provided in your request. Please contact Child Nutrition Services if you have any questions.
