Our Mission
We recognize that technology in education is not transformative on its own. Implementation of technology can create systemic reform, but in order for that reform to be successful and worthy, leadership must play a key role. “For public education to benefit from the rapidly evolving development of information and communication technology, leaders at every level–school, district, and state–must not only supervise, but provide informed, creative, and ultimately transformative leadership for systemic change,” (National Technology Education Plan). Through comprehensive staff development, designed around the nationally adopted Technology Standards for School Administrators (TSSA), we look forward to empowering our school principals with the knowledge, skills, and tools to improve learning, achievement and school operations enhanced by the use of technology.
