It is important that all your contact information is up-to-date in the PowerSchool Parent Portal and that you know your login information before the first day of school. This is especially important because at the start of the 2017-18 school year, you will only be able to find out your children's new class assignments by logging on to your Parent Portal. Class assignments will not be posted at the school; they will only be available online. To find the PowerSchool site, click on the PowerSchool quick link button located on this website page, click on the headline to find a hyperlink or paste this in your browser: https://powerschool.eesd.org/public/

California's Summer Nutrition Programs can help feed your children by serving healthy lunches during the summer months. The summer nutrition programs serve all children through age 18 at no charge. The programs also operate activities for children that are safe and fun. Children receive complete, wholesome meals and parents receive help in stretching their food dollars. You can look for a site near you by visiting the Summer Meal Service Map at: http://www.fns.usda.gov/summerfoodrocks Or the Hunger Hotline at 1-866-3Hungry (1-866-348-6479). For Spanish, call 1-877-8Hambre (1-877-848-6273) (Evergreen SD is not a Summer Program site)

"School Choice" placements are dependent on space availability and are offered on a lottery system. Transportation is the responsibility of the parent and will not be provided by the district. Forms will be available at your neighborhood school and at the Evergreen School District Office at 3188 Quimby Road after Monday, April 3, 2017. Parents of 6th graders - you will need to provide documentation that your child had a Tdap (whooping cough) booster shot given on or after 7 years old. Our goal is to have ALL 6th grade students provide this documentation before the end of May. If you haven't done so already, check your child's immunization record or call your physician to find out when they last had a Tdap vaccination. Once the shot is completed, bring in the immunization record to the school office so we can document that the requirement has been completed. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL SUMMER TO COMPLETE THIS REQUIREMENT.
