All students entering 7th grade next school year must have their TDAP (whooping cough) immunization before they will be allowed to attend middle school. If you have not already done so, check your child's immunization record, or call your physician, to find out when they last had a Tdap vaccination (must be on or after the age of 7). Once the vaccination is complete, bring the immunization record into the health office so we can document that the requirement has been met. Please do not delay this process.
