Clear, concise, two-way communications with all of our partners is essential to the success of Evergreen.
The Communications Department works closely with school sites to communicate directly with students and parents, with community partners and other key stakeholders to ensure our messages are clear and our audiences are connected to all that's going on in the District. We also work with media and share the great stories our schools have to tell.
We are responsible for the social media conversations on behalf of the district and are devoting increasing time to these vehicles. Parent Advisory Committee
The Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is comprised of parents and administrators from all schools who come together the first Wednesday of the month to share, discuss, and collaborate on various topics of interest within the Evergreen School District. Meetings are held in the District Board Room (3188 Quimby Road) from 9:30–10:30 a.m. and are open to the public.
The goal of the PAC is to share topics that are relevant and interesting to parents, students, and staff, to inform and educate those in attendance on the topics chosen and to assist in promoting district wide pride to help meet and exceed our educational goals. Those in attendance are invited to share event dates and ideas and to collaborate with each other. This is a key communications vehicle that helps shape District priorities.
