P.E. is every Tues., Wed., and Fri. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for physical activity.
Homework will be written in your child’s Planner. Please check the Planner and your child’s Homework Folder. Find the space at the bottom of the page in the Planner where you are to sign after you have checked your child’s work. It will say “Parent Signature”.
Thursday spelling homework---give your child a practice spelling test on a sheet of paper from home. If they miss any words, please help them practice those words( spell them out loud, spell them in the air with their finger, write them on the computer 3 times, or write them in a notebook 3 times).
R.A.H. forms are due every Friday. Please make sure you sign the form before your child brings it to class.
Birthdays---No food can be brought to school for your child’s birthday. You can send a little goodie bag with items such as pencils, erasers, bouncy balls, or stickers.
Please talk with your child about their day at school. Ask them questions. What did you do today? Did you read a book? What was the title? Did you listen to any stories? Did you read any poetry or sing any songs? What were they about? What did you do in math? Did you take a Timed Test? Who did you play with at recess? How did lunch go?
Please remind your children to listen to directions and work quietly. Most importantly...do their best!
