Welcome and thank you for visiting Evergreen School District. Established in 1860, Evergreen School District is located in the beautiful Evergreen Valley along the foothills of the Mount Hamilton Mountain Range and just minutes from San Jose, California, and the world famous “Silicon Valley.”
Evergreen School District consists of thirteen thousand wonderful kindergarten through eighth grade students in eighteen schools staffed by eleven hundred dedicated employees. Our facilities are state of the art and technology abounds in each of our classrooms.
Our students achieve academically and socially, as evidenced by 17 of our schools having earned California State Department of Education Distinguished School Status and 10 of our schools having earned the prestigious National Blue Ribbon Award of Excellence. These distinctions exemplify the outstanding quality of education available to all students in Evergreen School District.
